In addition to my views on this subject, there are countless Americans who have expressed their support for the immunity provision. In fact, I ask unanimous consent to have printed in the Record a letter sent to the Senate leadership last month, which is signed by 21 State attorneys general, which expresses their strong support for the immunity provision included in this bill.”
