I am going to defer my remarks until after the Senator from Nebraska speaks. I want to defer to this wonderful Senator because he has done more than any other person in trying to repeal this awful tax provision, this 1099 tax increase provision, and he deserves the credit. I want him to lead off in our debate. Then I will probably speak after that. I yield for the Senator from Nebraska. The ACTING PRESIDENT pro tempore. The Senator from Nebraska is recognized.
