There is going to be another President in 2016, whether Republican or Democrat or otherwise. So there is nothing that says the President can't do that, but we are making sure he does do that. We have done it because of questions that have been raised by people such as the distinguished Senator from Massachusetts and you. We think we have put reasonable time constraints in there, especially since you can review the TPP as it exists-- although that may or may not be the final agreement. You can review that now, if you want, and that is well in advance of it.
