I am concerned about patent quality. I want to ensure that the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office issues the highest quality patents possible.

Whatever we do, it must work and we must not support a bill that fails to provide an effective deterrent against patent trolls at all stages...

I believe everyone here agrees it is way past time to do something about patent trolls and to combat them.
