If you will hold hearings and if we can make a case that this is beneficial--I have no doubt in my mind we will make that case-- if you will hold a hearing on this specific issue on a bill that we will file, and if we make the case you will help us move the bill, I am willing to withdraw the amendment for now. But if not, we should just vote on it.
