if I could respond, we are, as far as I am concerned, going to continue ongoing negotiations and keep the door open to do what we can to resolve these problems. On many of the points that were raised, I thought the Senator from Michigan was well aware that there are objections to a number of the provisions, on both sides. So we will just keep working together and see what we can do to continue to make headway like we have on this amendment. If we can continue to do that, we will. And we will certainly mention--where we disagree, where we disagree. But we will keep working with the distinguished Senator from Michigan, the Senator from Massachusetts, and others who were very concerned about this matter.
