Let me just end it this way. I think the President and the people in the White House have caved here, people who we had every reason to believe would be supportive of kids' health. Let me say, the Washington Post framed the issue in its editorial page just yesterday. They said, ``This is a vote against the harmful effects of tobacco, in favor of children's health, in favor of State decision-making, and in favor of fiscal discipline. How many times do they get one like that? They ought to vote aye.'' I hope Senators will vote against the motion to table, and in favor of our amendment.
