Right. Mr. McCONNELL. During the 20th century, the same party controlled the executive branch and the Senate 70 percent of the time. Seventy percent of the time, in the 20th century, the same party had the White House and a majority in the Senate. So I am sure--by the way, that aggrieved minority in the Senate, for most of the time, was our party, the Republican Party.
