I know that Ranking Member Wyden is committed to working with me to update and improve our understanding of this situation.

I do not think this country has done its job either in helping Puerto Rico in doing some of the things that should be done.

We have to look at all of this in the totality for the 3.5 million citizens who have served this country.

We've all watched with great interest as the debt situation in Puerto Rico has unfolded.
