I have been talking about them for a long time. I am disappointed we have not made more headway, but it certainly has not been for lack of effort on the part of our friend from Georgia. I want to say in all honesty, we have to fight this war. We have to give it everything we have. We have to have leadership at the top. We do not have it right now but we are going to keep this pressure on until we get it, one way or the other.
