Those backlogs at the Social Security Administration are unacceptable to many, if not most, of us here in the Senate.

I had introduced legislation known as the CLOUD Act to resolve this issue.

Many of us on the committee have already expressed our concerns about the administration's heavy reliance on tariffs.

I urge Congress pass the OPEN ACT before the end of this year.
