He followed it as an elected political official. Now, if he can follow the law impartially as an elected political official, imagine the honor he would bring to the bench, where it's his job to be impartial. He did not have to do it as an elected political official, although I would not have respected him had he not, but as a judge, I think we have more than ample evidence that this man would follow the law regardless of his personal beliefs. Yet he has been smeared by the outside groups on his personal beliefs. It is just that simple.
