What is remarkable about Judge Kavanaugh's judicial record is not just its length, but its depth and its quality.

Some of my colleagues do not like the environmental laws Congress has actually passed.

I believe he actually is likely to be better than many are saying, even on this panel, on things like voting rights.

I hate to say this, but this is worse than Robert Bork, and I did not think it could get any worse than that.
