Not really. They are unlikely to change. In the case of Reynolds versus Sims, most people believe the Court made the right decision there. I do not know of any constitutional scholar--there may be some--but I do not know of any major constitutional scholar who would think the Court made the right decision if it interferes with this, nor do I know anybody on the Court who feels that way.
