There are many academics who have not had 1 day of trial experience. There have been a number of Supreme Court Justices who have not had 1 day of trial experience. I do criticize the Senator in one regard, and that is for bringing up the name of Randall Rader because Randy happened to be one of the best members of our Senate Judiciary Committee. He is now one of the leading lights in all intellectual property issues as a Federal Circuit Court of Appeals judge. The fact is, he has a great deal of ability in that area. I agree with that.
