Confirmation hearings are supposed to be an opportunity for the American people to hear from the nominee.
Judge Kavanaugh is one of the most distinguished judges in the entire country.
I have heard it said that I am a skeptic of regulation. I am not a skeptic of regulation at all.
But I believe Dr. Faulkender is up to the task.
