When you look at these, you cannot conclude anything but this should stick with the Judiciary Committee. I don't have any ax to grind. Everyone knows that. The fact is, this is the right thing to do or I would not be standing here trying to do it. We have had a great relationship with the Secret Service and have done a great deal of work together over my 28 years on the Senate Judiciary Committee. I know this is right, and we have to do this. I yield the floor.
