No question about it. It is a fishing expedition. And why is it? We received the last letter to produce these materials after they had been refused, in eloquent, very deliberate and straightforward letters from the White House; we received the last request, I think, the day before the hearing on Miguel Estrada. Frankly, it is clearly a fishing expedition, trying to find something because they don't have anything on this man. They just don't like the fact he is a conservative Republican Hispanic.
