I just want to point out that we tried to bring this bill up Thursday, then Friday. It was objected to. Then we brought it up Monday. We only had two amendments. Then Tuesday, Wednesday, and now today there have been logjams all the way through. Now, look, I have been as fair as anybody could be. I have tried to accommodate my colleagues on the other side, and we were not making any headway. So I thought that by calling up these 12 amendments, that would resolve it. But if not, we should proceed with the vote. The PRESIDING OFFICER. The Senator from Ohio.
