Orrin Hatch: “I want to welcome both nominees to the committee and commend them both for their willingness to serve.”

It is disappointing the ranking member feels a need to question a statement that I made during the hearing.

I stand by everything I said during my questioning of Mr. Saul, including concerns about budget summary data.

It has been one of the great honors of my life to serve on this committee.

I urge Congress pass the OPEN ACT before the end of this year.
