I feel deeply about this. I do not think we should leave these wounded warriors without access to the best medical devices, and I do not think we should be assessing them extra costs. This is a simple amendment. This is one we all ought to vote for.
The speaker is advocating for an amendment to ensure wounded warriors have access to medical devices without extra costs.
