look, significantly increasing funding levels for TAA may very well make TAA much harder to pass both here and in the House of Representatives. It is a program that is not supported by a great number of us. That being the case, I hope my colleagues will join me in voting no on this amendment. We have put together a bill that literally has brought together both sides as well as we possibly could. Hopefully, we will vote no on this amendment. I yield the floor. The PRESIDING OFFICER. The question is on agreeing to Brown amendment No. 1242.
