I want to applaud the Ranking Member, Senator Hatch, who was an original cosponsor of that legislation and is a champion in this fight.

I think you have shown a great deal of interest in this subject matter and are moving in an appropriate way.

This has been a very interesting hearing on what many would think would be a boring set of subjects.

I appreciate personally the work that you do, and I just want to compliment you for hanging in there and doing what you do.
