“I am willing to look at the trustees' reports on this. There are six trustees, including Mr. Blahous, who is the only Republican. I am not even sure if he is a Republican, but I think he is. They all signed off on these reports, and they all indicated we have to be careful about Social Security or we are going to have a rough time keeping it stable. I don't think anybody in their right mind thinks that we can continue to keep doing what we are doing without finding some way of shoring this up.”
