I call tariffs a tax on American families.

The Congressional Budget Office projects that the PBGC's multiemployer insurance system will exceed resources available to pay claims by $45 billion.

These tariffs cause American manufacturers and farmers to pay more to conduct business and consumers to pay more to buy these things.
