Orrin Hatch: “We need to make sure that the law is implemented in a way that works for these physicians.”

It is disappointing the ranking member feels a need to question a statement that I made during the hearing.

The Finance Committee has worked with the Treasury Department to ensure proper responsiveness to committee inquiries. We are continuing to review these matters to determine what further oversight is required.

I say, 'damn right.'

It has been one of the great honors of my life to serve on this committee.
