Orrin Hatch actually said...

the protection of intellectual property rights benefits all sectors of the U.S. economy, including agriculture.

I am particularly bothered by the apparent lack of advocacy on behalf of strong intellectual property rights.

I believe that is a mistake, to not consider the downsides.

the International Trade Administration needs to be a powerful advocate for U.S. businesses and workers.
