Protecting access is a big issue in rural areas where seniors today are often facing fewer choices and lower quality of care.

I look at that burden the same way I look at the rising out-of-pocket cost for seniors in Medicare Part D.

I believe this experiment is ill-conceived and likely to harm beneficiaries.

It is time for the Federal Government to stop this assault on small businesses and hardworking Americans.
