I will try not to interrupt the Senator anymore, but the point I was making with the briefs in the Supreme Court--15 of them and more--is that there is a record from which you certainly can determine legal reasoning, as well as an extensive stack of records of the Judiciary Committee hearings. And let me say this. Those hearings were conducted by none other than the Senator's colleague from New York, Senator Schumer, and other Democrat Senators who said the hearings were fairly conducted. Is the Senator aware of all of that?
