this amendment would discriminate against any business with more than 25 employees with regard to their ability to collect debts in bankruptcy. Instead of allowing the bankruptcy process to proceed fairly, this amendment would prevent businesses with more than 25 employees from being paid a single penny until smaller businesses were paid in full. It is an improper way to proceed in bankruptcy. We should not discriminate against anybody and let the process takes its course. I hope our colleagues will vote against this amendment.
