Now, yes, we weren't able to get into the Treasury Department, and we weren't able to get into the White House and what they did or didn't do in these areas. I don't think we can read this report and conclude that this is just a terribly dysfunctional IRS. I think we can agree that we all knew that before we had this report. But this is a very serious report. By the way, the report is signed off by both Democrats and Republicans.…”
