And, by the way, was never applied to any nominee, to my knowledge, in the past. Miguel Estrada was singled out with a double standard for the sole purpose of defeating his nomination and getting him to withdraw. They were having a hard time, I say to the chairman, trying to find some basis upon which to defeat this guy. He was unanimously well qualified by the ABA, right?
