Will the Senator yield also for just a moment? We introduced the bioshield II, the Lieberman-Hatch bill that has gone a long way to resolving this matter, and I intend to work with the Senator from North Carolina and the distinguished chairman and ranking member to see if we can bring this to a conclusion that works.
