He did. He served as an assistant to the Solicitor General and came away with virtual raves for his work. Only one person has criticized him, and we have more than made it clear that that criticism is blown away by that person's, Professor Paul Bender from Arizona State University, raving reviews of his work when he was actually there. I think we would rely on those raving reviews rather than the political statement that was made later.
