The Finance Committee has worked with the Treasury Department to ensure proper responsiveness to committee inquiries. We are continuing to review these matters to determine what further oversight is required.

The Serve America Act of 2009 authored by Senator Orrin Hatch and the late Senator Edward Kennedy.

I urge Congress pass the OPEN ACT before the end of this year.

It has been one of the great honors of my life to serve on this committee.
