Remember, on Judge Paez, I was the one who moved Judge Paez admittedly in the 4 years. But in that 4-year period he issued a number of hearings that were highly suspect, not only by people on our side but some on your side. We had other investigations that had to be conducted. Admittedly, it was too long; there is no question in my mind. That is a glaring example. In the case of Judge Berzon, I was the one who pushed her through.
