That single document provides no precedent for the Democrats' sweeping request for every document Mr. Estrada ever prepared on appeal recommendations, certiorari recommendations, and amicus recommendations. Now, let me take a clear look at this. The Justice Department has no record; the hearing has no record. How is it that the Democrats have that? I can guarantee you they don't have it legally--at least I think I can guarantee that. That is the reason why I have not received a reasonable response. I haven't received any response. I would think if they had it legally, they would give me a response on it.
