I understand the distinguished Senator. Let me say that we all have to make our own individual decisions here. I would encourage you to reconsider because I think we have a good bill that is far better than it has been in the past. Frankly, it is your administration that is putting this forward, and I am doing everything I can to help this administration get this through.
