I know there are some who are very anxious to see if they can't make it more difficult for a campaign to be successful. I know the Democrats want to go after the fact that I have been successful. I'm not going to apologize for being successful.

They understaffed healthcare facilities. They didn't pay for required medical equipment. They failed to meet minimum operating standards.
Obviously, the events that took place under Mr. de la Torre's management at Glenwood and other facilities across the country, including by the way, five hospitals in Utah, was reprehensible and never should have happened.
