They understaffed healthcare facilities. They didn't pay for required medical equipment. They failed to meet minimum operating standards.
Obviously, the events that took place under Mr. de la Torre's management at Glenwood and other facilities across the country, including by the way, five hospitals in Utah, was reprehensible and never should have happened.
I have introduced a piece of legislation which is known as the One Door to Work Act, which would allow as many as five other states to be able to also do what Utah does.
We should acknowledge it. We should respect it, and we should study why those individuals are moving towards Republicans generally speaking.
