As you all probably know, my state is one of those that has been experiencing a great deal of drought.

Its ambition is to lead the world, dominate the world militarily, economically, geopolitically.

When I was serving as Governor of Massachusetts, I would hear occasionally some stories that gave me some concern.

I wish there was something we could do that would reduce the climate change we're seeing, and the warming of the planet.
