They understaffed healthcare facilities. They didn't pay for required medical equipment. They failed to meet minimum operating standards.

I basically think people who are 80 and above really should not be, uh, running the world or running the country.

Obviously, the events that took place under Mr. de la Torre's management at Glenwood and other facilities across the country, including by the way, five hospitals in Utah, was reprehensible and never should have happened.

Whether it’s that church or any church, an attack on a religious institution where people are worshiping is unimaginable, unthinkable and inexcusable.
