I expect him to report, to come to the American people and say, when I ran four years ago, here are the promises made, and then describe why it was or why it was not that he was able to carry out his promise. But he didn't talk about that. Instead, it was a whole new series promises. He didn't deliver on the last ones. Why should we expect him to deliver on these?
