I want to get our troops home as soon as I possibly can. But at the same time I recognize we don't want to bring them out in such a precipitous way that cause a circumstance that would require us to come back.

Obviously, the events that took place under Mr. de la Torre's management at Glenwood and other facilities across the country, including by the way, five hospitals in Utah, was reprehensible and never should have happened.
They understaffed healthcare facilities. They didn't pay for required medical equipment. They failed to meet minimum operating standards.
