They understaffed healthcare facilities. They didn't pay for required medical equipment. They failed to meet minimum operating standards.
Obviously, the events that took place under Mr. de la Torre's management at Glenwood and other facilities across the country, including by the way, five hospitals in Utah, was reprehensible and never should have happened.
The only thing that actually makes any measurable impact at all is putting a price on carbon, and no one seems to be willing to consider doing that.
I am not going to get so excited about where COVID happened to come from. What I know is that something very dangerous could come from Gain-of-Function research if it's not properly regulated.
