Absolutely. Any touch point you can have with the local communities, particularly the underrepresented ones, including at career recruiting services, or when they are in elementary school, giving them an inventor baseball card so that one day, they think, huh, there is the Patent and Trademark Office and if I have an idea, guess what, I can file for a patent through that agency.
