The idea that we would be reviving and expanding it will ultimately make our housing supply problems worse, not better.

I do not think we have done a budget that we have adhered to in over 25 years.

I can guarantee you, we will be borrowing every penny of it, because we do not offset it.

We owe it to our kids and grandkids that we do not keep doing more of the same, digging the hole even deeper.
