Reclaiming my time just for a minute, I am sure after the impassioned speeches we heard this evening basically condemning Republicans for even proposing a tax cut idea because it uses Social Security money, I am sure everyone listening and all of their colleagues on their side will understand that new spending is money coming out of Social Security, too
