I think some of our other colleagues are saying if we are going to spend this 18 billion this year we ought to find offsets, but the worst case scenario would be that in the next 3 or 4 weeks we do an 80 billion to 90 billion spending…
I think it is important we put this in perspective for any of them pointing fingers over here at that Republicans that Republicans want to use Social Security money for tax cuts.
