Mr. Speaker, in closing, I again want to thank my colleagues for their hard work to expand the number of scholarships available to Pakistani women under USAID's Merit and Needs-Based Scholarship Program. We do love your BLM staff on the ground. They are good people. They integrate into the community, so they understand the community needs.
Let me remind everybody. I know I say this a lot, I just don't think it sinks in. Utah is 66 percent owned by the Federal Government.
